Gareth Staines
Director
Gareth has over 20 years’ experience in Estate Agency, initially cutting his teeth in a competitive London market back in the late 90’s. However, most of his time in the industry has been spent in the South Yorkshire area where he acquired a wealth of local knowledge and expertise while covering all aspects of the business.
Away from work, Gareth spends his time with his family, taking them to their sporting activities. On the rare occasion that he’s child free he enjoys a quiet weekend away with his partner .
Anthony Thickett
Managing Director
Anthony has been a mainstay of the Rotherham housing market for 33 years, over which time he has sold countless properties including land, development sites and new homes. At Lincoln Ralph we know him as the ‘Oracle’ as his knowledge and awareness of the local market conditions is unrivalled.
Anthony is an avid follower of the Millers and likes to spend his early mornings walking his mischievous cockerpoo Ralph!
Tracy Race
Director
Tracy has extensive knowledge of the industry and enables the Lincoln Ralph business to run like clockwork. Her organisation skills, customer care and professionalism along with a friendly manner are just some of her strengths.
Living in Wickersley Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and is kept busy by her 5 year old Springer spaniel Lincoln’ and Grandson Max, along with making good use of the social amenities within the village!
